**Corona Virus Update**
Despite the Corona Virus shutdown. CufflinkPeople is offering a full service as usual.
Free Royal Mail UK delivery takes 3 working days (Mon-Sat). An option to reduce the delivery time to 1/2 working days (excluding Sundays/Bank Holidays) can be selected on the checkout page for a flat fee of 99p. In some cases, delivery to the Scottish Isles/Highlands and to remote areas or during busy periods like Christmas can take an extra working day.
We also offer a Royal Mail 'Special Delivery Guaranteed® 1pm' and 'Special Delivery Guaranteed® 9am' service for a fee of £6.99 and £21 respectively (excludes Sundays/Bank Holidays).
Orders placed before 2pm weekdays will be dispatched the same working day and on Saturdays the cut-off time is 11am.
For our international buyers, we understand shipping items from abroad can be a hassle. Therefore we aim to keep this process as simple as possible including offering low shipping costs and ensuring our parcels are tracked and signed. But the biggest help we can offer is to provide a flat rate shipping fee regardless of parcel weight and FREE shipping on orders over a specified shopping cart subtotal once any advertised discounts are automatically applied.

We also send special deliveries through Royal Mail HM Forces Mail. If you wish to use this service please select 'HM Forces Mail' from the country drop-down list and then specify the necessary address and BFPO number.
We understand that sometimes items you purchase may not be as expected. Therefore we are proud to operate a no hassle 30 day returns policy. Any items that are unwanted can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a full refund on the value of the order (excluding any extra shipping costs incurred). The customer is responsible for paying the delivery cost to returns the items.
Returning Personalised Items
Personalised goods which are not faulty are non returnable items which means you need to be careful when indicating any personalisation. Please double-check spellings, punctuation and spacing.
